Swiss woman (28) attacks two women in Lugano – seriously injured person

On Tuesday afternoon, shortly after 2 pm, there was a knife fight in a large department store in Lugano. As announced by the canton Ticino police, the perpetrator is a 28-year-old Swiss woman. One person was seriously injured.

According to a first reconstruction of the course of events, the woman, a resident of the Lugano region, attacked two women: the first grabbed her by the neck with her bare hands, while the second wounded with a stabbing weapon to the neck.

One of the two victims suffered serious injuries, but is not in danger of death, the canton of Ticino police continue to write. The perpetrator was detained by a couple and later arrested by the police.
