Consumers especially love pepper chips. Hans-Heinrich Zweifel brought the idea of flavor from the US more than 50 years ago, after they brought it with BBQ sauce there. Back in Switzerland, I was looking for the perfect combination of spices that would combine the smoky sweetness of the sauce with the richness. The secret blend based on Hungarian paprika hasn’t changed since then.
