I understand people who are offended. So you are always very fast, very emotional for your own club. But these rules are also part of the football business.
After Silvan Hefti’s picture book career so far, I think it’s very understandable that he wants to take the next step. If he had switched to a lower rated club now, he probably would have understood less. Then I would have advised him to stay with this young team.
Basically; If a young player plays 100 Super League games for the same club in three or four years, then he can and should move on.
It is also an award for FC St. Gallen. And the Super League is a training league, so if the training pays off, you can’t let the player go.
