On Thursday afternoon, fists were blown up in front of a Migros branch in Suhr AG and a pepper spray was used.
A BLICK reader filmed shocking scenes right in front of the branch entrance. The protagonists: a pregnant woman and her husband and another couple. There is a violent fight.
One of the disputes warns the pregnant woman not to get too close. «Distance, gopfertammi! The Federal Office has ordered that. And now the police are coming, that’s exactly why, ”he yells, as you can hear on the recordings. His wife has already taken out the pepper spray.
First he attacked the man, then the woman
Then the pregnant woman’s husband rushes to help his wife and yells, “Don’t yell at my wife!”
After a verbal discussion between the men, the pregnant woman and her partner want to leave. But then the situation suddenly escalates and the attacker presses the button. She sprays the irritant directly on the man’s face. His pregnant wife also reportedly receives something and walks away immediately, as the video shows.
The expectant father loses his nerve. “Damn you son of a bitch!” She yells at the sprayer’s husband and throws a pet bottle at them. Fists fly between men. Meanwhile, the attacker repeatedly presses the button on the can. And now it points the pregnant woman directly to the face, as you can clearly see in the reflection of the building.
Spray woman and man known as an aggro couple
So the police had to move. “At 3:30 p.m., we received the message that a fight was going on,” Bernhard Graser, a canton police spokesman in Aargau, confirmed to BLICK. The four people were found in Migros.
BLICK’s research now shows: The sprayer is Swiss Lucia P. (36), Pensioner IV of Suhr. His partner is Swiss Kurt R., 76, a retired PC specialist. The couple lives just a few hundred meters from the crime scene, in an apartment building. According to local residents, they have been spreading fear and terror since they moved six months ago. “They are looking for a fight with their neighbors and they are very aggressive,” one resident told BLICK.
The couple would also have a lot of trouble with each other, out loud. They complained to the administration several times, so far without success. “Some of us have already equipped ourselves with a pepper spray out of fear,” said the resident.
Pepper spray already drawn on the stain
According to BLICK information, Lucia P. was archived several times. Pepper spray is obviously his faithful companion: so he took it out in a pickle some time ago. “This is their supreme discipline,” says the resident.
Various sources confirm that Lucia P. was once a man. Local residents now hope that the latest incident before Migros will have its consequences. “Now they may have to finally vacate the department.”
Lucia P. remained unharmed after an attack in front of Migros. According to the police, Kurt R. suspected a broken nose. The pregnant Costa Rican (25) had to go to the hospital for control due to the fetus. His partner, a 39-year-old Serb, had bruises and abrasions to complain about. The two men were arrested by the police after being treated at the hospital. Lucia P. was also arrested.
Was the BAG safe distance the trigger?
What exactly sparked the dispute is unclear. According to the BLICK reader who filmed the scenes, the situation escalated because the pregnant woman did not adhere to the prescribed safety distance due to the coronavirus.
Alex Dutler, from the Aargau prosecutor, on the other hand, explains that social distancing was not the trigger. “The four people knew each other beforehand and had differences that led to an argument,” he tells BLICK.
The Lenzburg-Aarau prosecutor has opened criminal proceedings against Kurt R., Lucia P. and the husband of the pregnant woman on suspicion of a fight. The men and P. are still on preliminary arrest and are being questioned.
