«Drübatcheu» shoots FCZ – Sion beats FCSG thanks to Grgic’s hat trick in the 96th minute

YB lives a lonely life at the top of the table: today the leader won 4-1 in Zurich. There was a lot of drama on the tourbillon, where Sion beat FC St. Gallen 3-2 with the final whistle. Vaduz missed the possible victory in the 1-1 draw in Lugano.

FC Zurich – YB 1: 4

At Letzigrund, the home club could aim to take at least one point away from the Berne leaders until shortly before half-time. Then a double by Jordan Siebatcheu (43./45.) Shattered these hopes. After Sandro Lauper scored for YB, he took a 3-0 lead from Bern to the locker room.

Nicolas Moumi Ngamaleu missed a penalty shortly after the restart, but when France’s Siebatcheu scored his third goal after about an hour, the match was decided. “We didn’t start the game so well, but we didn’t leave anything behind. After that we went cold-blooded, we did a lot with a little bit, “YB goalkeeper David von Ballmoos said on” Blue, “summing up the events.

FCZ succeeded with Toni Domgjoni’s dream goal – a long shot to the corner – still cosmetic results. But this blow did not change the outcome of the game. Von Ballmoos was upset about the lost shutout: “It’s very upsetting, the guys owe me something.”

YB remains on track for the fourth consecutive championship title. With the same number of games as FC Basel, the Young Boys are eleven points ahead of their first pursuers.

FC Sion – FC St. Gallen 3: 2

After six wins in a row against Sion, FC St. Gallen were unable to beat Valais for once. In a match that lived on struggle and speed, Anto Grgic scored three goals for Sion’s 3-2 victory. “Football can be cruel at times,” said St. Gallen coach Peter Zeidler. “We are on the right track, even if that sounds stupid after three losses in a row.”

Grgic insisted on his perfect game on the tourbillon. With a low shot in the 96th minute, the Zürich man made sure to finally become the hero of the night. Grgic couldn’t be bothered by the goal in the 72nd minute, which was rightly disallowed by VAR, nor by the fact that substitute Léo Lacroix scored the 2-2 on the other side with an own goal a few seconds later. Instead, he used the last action of the game to secure victory.

Under the leadership of 24-year-old Grgic, the Valais made up an initial deficit against guests from eastern Switzerland. Jérémy Guillemenot scored after four minutes and a good preparatory work from Leonidas Stergiou to make it 1-0. What followed was a strong reaction from Fabio Grosso’s team, who were not bothered by the recent losses to YB and Basel. In the 14th minute Grgic leveled with the head and his first goal of the night, after an hour he led FC Sion to the front for the first time with a penalty from free-kick.

FC Lugano – FC Vaduz 1: 1

FC Lugano is still king of the league draw and can no longer win at home. This finding is not good after a game against the promoted team and the last place in the table. As in the autumn, Ticino had to settle for a 1-1 draw against Vaduz. They have been waiting for a victory in Cornaredo for four games.

Although the team of coach Maurizio Jacobacci had to play in the final phase and after being sent off before Sandi Lovric in the minority. But after Alexander Gerndt corrected the false start (Joël Schmied / 2.) In the 27th minute, Ticino came closer to the second goal than the opponent. In the 69th minute, Asumah Abubakar only hit the post.

Vaduz won the point thanks to a good performance. Those of Liechtenstein did not allow much in the back and thus confirmed the last and solid appearances. Of the three games against YB, Zurich and Lugano, they got five points and only conceded one goal. Liechtenstein coach Mario Frick spoke of a fair draw with “Azul”: “We defended very well, we were also a bit lucky, with more luck we could have won.” Vaduz never made three straight games without a loss in the 2016/17 Super League relegation season.

“Dear Mr. Berset, make relaxation dependent on the vaccination fee”

The Federal Council announces new purchases of vaccination doses and facilitates access to vaccines. It does not speak of making the measures more flexible. That is good. It is best to combine the relaxation plan with the vaccination fee.

Dear Mr. Berset

It is very promising how you and the Federal Council are currently setting priorities to combat pandemics. Both politically and communicatively.

In recent days, different political camps have made the usual attempts to raise their profile on when and how applicable corona measures should be relaxed. That’s it for the political gallery, of course. The development of R-value and …
