Today, Wednesday 7 October 2020, shortly before 7.30 am, the driver of a semi-trailer motor vehicle with Romanian license plates was driving north on the A2 motorway.

At the entrance to the Flüelen motorway, he set the fault indicator and stopped his vehicle in the standard lane because he had presumably missed the Altdorf exit. A short time later, it continued its journey north, stopping again in the Fischlaui tunnel area. Then the driver of the articulated vehicle headed towards the Seelisberg tunnel.

Shortly after entering the tunnel, he stopped his vehicle, set the fault indicator, and drove back on the normal indicator outside the tunnel to the level of the turntable. There he turned his vehicle and headed south. During these dangerous driving maneuvers, there were some tricky situations with drivers driving properly.

The articulated motor vehicle was finally stopped by the police of the canton of Schwyz at the jump of the wolf. The guilty driver is reported to the Uri Prosecutor’s Office. He had to leave a fine deposit of around 1,500 francs.
