Now Markus Heim is taking a 180 degree turn: he is defending himself against the prosecutor’s order. As a reason says:
“Among other things, a former examining magistrate contacted me. He thought he was very far from linking the sentence with the death of George Floyd in the United States, among other things.
As a result, the former examining magistrate studied the sanction order and found that something had to be done, Markus Heim continued.
“I want a trial”
Markus Heim is aware that with his objection he could even receive a harsher penalty than the 30 daily rates of 30 francs each, which were conditionally suspended. But accept this risk because:

Markus Heim added that he had received many other reactions from friends and family, but also from people previously unknown to him about the penalty order. The tenor was clear: “You don’t have to put up with something like that!”
Heim also believes that the prosecution used the case of George Floyd, who was killed in the United States, to prosecute him for his action. Probably other reasons would have been missing, so Heim, because:
