Qualification for EM – Kosovo fails in playoff semi-finals – Sport

For Kosovo, the dream of participating in the European Championship is over. Coach Bernard Challandes’ team lost 1: 2 in the semi-finals of the North Macedonia playoffs.

There was a lot of bad luck at 0-1 when FCZ player Benjamin Kololli deflected a shot from Stefan Ristovski into his own goal. Although Langnau-born Florent Hadergjonaj managed to equalize in the 29th minute, 4 minutes later, Darko Velkovski led the North Macedonians to the lead. This time Kosovo could not react.

Haaland misses EM
