The unknown person left after the accident without taking over the resolution of the claims, according to the press release from the St. Gallen cantonal police. In addition, a 62-year-old man could be identified as the alleged cause of the accident. A police patrol in the canton of St. Gallen found him unfit to drive and ordered a blood and urine sample taken. No one was injured, the material damage amounts to about 5,000 francs.

Much more important is that the St. Gallen prosecutor is now investigating Cony Sutter. “We have initiated criminal proceedings against Cony Sutter,” confirms media officer Beatrice Giger to VIEW.
