About a month and a half before the US presidential election, Democrat Joe Biden is just ahead of incumbent Donald Trump in a poll in the warring states of Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. According to the poll released by Reuters / Ipsos on Monday, Biden has 48 percent of the vote in Wisconsin, Trump has 43. In Pennsylvania, Biden has 49 and Trump 46 percent. Poll results from four other critical states – Michigan, North Carolina, Florida and Arizona – should be released Tuesday and Wednesday. The election will take place on November 3.
Reuters / Ipsos reportedly surveyed 1,005 adults in Wisconsin and Arizona online between Sept. 11-16.
