Nordic World Championships in Oberstdorf – Swiss jumper quartet solves ticket for normal hill – sport

By jumping over the normal hill in Oberstdorf on Saturday, 4 Swiss have a theoretical chance of winning the Precious Metals World Cup. The Swiss quartet arrived on the field for the main competition on Friday night without any problems.

From the Swiss point of view, Gregor Deschwanden performed better in the classification. The Lucerne man landed at 96 meters and, thanks to good style records, accumulated 120.4 points, which took him to 21st position.

He outscored his teammate Dominik Peter by just 0.8 points. The only 19-year-old Peter flew 99 meters (22nd). Simon Ammann (23rd) and Andreas Schuler (44th) also easily bought their tickets for Saturday’s competition.
