Deezer has introduced a handy new podcast feature, to which we would like to draw your attention briefly. The “Episodes started” playlist has been integrated into your iOS and web app.
Deezer: New “Begin Episodes” Podcast Playlist
Do you know the problem you sniffed out in dozens of podcasts, but for some reason it didn’t end?
Podcast fans who listen to more than one show at a time are familiar with this phenomenon. Deezer is now remedying the situation with the new “Episodes started” playlist. With the new playlist, users can always go back to all their podcast episodes that haven’t been listened to yet and continue listening exactly where they left off.
The new “Started Episodes” playlist can be accessed on the “Favorites” tab through the “Podcasts” menu item in the iOS app and in the Deezer web version. In the playlist, recently watched episodes come first, but the order can also be changed as desired.
“Most of the users are probably similar to me, we listen to podcasts on a wide variety of topics, from comedy to well-being to real crime and news. You can quickly lose track and forget what consequences you have already started listening to. Therefore, our new “Initial Episodes” podcast playlist is intended for all of us who don’t want to miss any episodes of their favorite shows, “says Frédéric Antelme, vice president of content and productions for Deezer.
The “Started Episodes” playlist automatically remembers all unfinished podcast episodes from the past 15 days.
