Almost an hour had been played in the empty Wankdorf when YB coach Gerardo Seoane reacted. His double change (Quentin Maceiras and Christian Fassnacht came for Jordan Lefort and Miralem Sulejmani) paid off in just one minute: Maceiras threw a cross to center, where Jean-Pierre Nsame put Elia on Meschack. The Congolese (58th) caught the volley ball and scored to make it 1: 1.
The Bernese, who once looked like pomadig, were now awake. Jean-Pierre Nsame (69), a former coach, headed a cross by Nicolas Moumi Ngamaleu and scored his second goal of the season.
FCL goalkeeper Müller saves time and time again

YB Lefort defender caught up with FCL defender Stefan Knezevic as he tried to clear things up in his own penalty area. Referee Sandro Schärer immediately signaled the point. Marvin Schulz scored his first goal for SL in 34 games and since April 2019. However, the German had to be substituted during halftime due to adductor problems.
FCL have to wait a long time for their first win of the season
Even after 5 games this season, the FCL is waiting for the first victory. The next attempt will be made by the central Swiss on November 7 at FCZ. The game against Sion next weekend had to be postponed.
For its part, YB seizes the top of the table and avoids a mini-crisis after the 0-0 against Servette and the 1-2 defeat against AS Roma in the Europa League.
