The latest in the fight for the cheapest mask: Lidl cuts the price of masks in half in one campaign and, for the first time, drops to less than 5 francs per box of 50. From December 28 to January 2 , Lidl will offer protective masks in the field at a price of CHF 4.95 for a box of 50 pieces.
Aldi 6 cents cheaper
“Lidl Switzerland is doing everything in its power to offer all customers who depend on the use of protective masks the opportunity to buy masks at an extremely attractive price,” said a message to the media. So far, Lidl Switzerland has sold the protective masks for 9.90 francs.
Competitor Aldi, of course, cannot sit back and do the same. From today until Saturday January 2, a 50-pack with blue hygienic masks will cost CHF 4.89. The Swiss retailer thus offers the cheapest price on the market. Bet it won’t be the last ad?
