The decision seems radical. Holenstein, the Zurich family business, wants to close its 15 restaurants and bars. Probably until next spring. This is what Radio 1 reports.

“Everything is missing, everything is empty,” says Nicole Holenstein when asked. She is the CEO of the restaurant business. With the introduction of concepts of protection against the coronavirus – such as seated consumption or greater distance between tables – revenues have plummeted. In addition, there was the fact that many people returned to work from home, which meant that the business “completely collapsed” during lunch.
