As of October 1, 2020, Ladina Heimgartner (40) will be Head Global Media of Ringier AG at the Group Executive Board level and also CEO of Blick Group. Today, the Global Media division includes around 120 media brands in 12 countries. Ladina Heimgartner takes control of the area from Thomas Spiegel (37), who has decided to leave the company due to different views on strategic direction.
The Corporate Center, which covers corporate communications, legal, HR and data protection and which was previously led by Ladina Heimgartner, is now directly led by CEO Marc Walder (55).

Thomas Spiegel will continue to work for Ringier until early 2021 to ensure delivery and close major projects.
