The logistics company Kuehne + Nagel receives another order to deliver doses of Covid-19 vaccination. The Chinese manufacturer Sinovac relies on the services of the Swiss company, it announced.
A first delivery of 768,000 cans has already arrived in the Dominican Republic. The shipment was closely monitored and met the strictest standards to ensure product integrity. However, the release did not provide financial information on the deal.
Expansion in Asien
It is already known that Kuehne + Nagel also supplies some of the manufacturer Moderna’s vaccines. It uses it to transport vaccine doses in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and parts of America.
It was recently announced that Kuehne + Nagel intends to expand in Asia. The company is taken over by the China Apex Corporation.
Sinovac finds no interest in Switzerland
Sinovac is one of the global players in corona vaccine research and development. The EU and Switzerland show no interest in the product, but so far it has been approved in more than 20 emerging countries, including China, Brazil, Indonesia, Turkey and Chile. (SDA / lui / uro)
