When Donald Trump was thirsty for cola, he just had to press a button, and the soda was delivered. Trump is said to have preferred Diet Coke. Joe Biden doesn’t think about this strange service button. He took it off.
Journalist Tom Newton Dunn writes on Twitter: “When Tim Shipman and I interviewed Donald Trump in 2019, we were fascinated by what the little red button could do. Finally, Trump pressed him, and a butler quickly brought out a Diet Coke on a silver platter. Now the button is gone. “
Trump drank 12 cans a day
It seems that Joe Biden is not interested in sodas on silver plates. “Everybody gets a little nervous when I press the button,” Trump once told a Financial Times reporter. According to the New York Times, the former president is said to have drank 12 cans of Diet Coke a day during his tenure.
But even with Trump’s predecessor Barack Obama (59), there was this little red button in the Oval Office. It is not known if Obama also used it for Coca-Cola deliveries or for something useful.
