Distance learning is not an option currently
The canton wants to keep teaching in the classroom, as the responsible government councilor Jon Domenic Parolini said. “We want to avoid the reintroduction of distance learning in primary schools.” In public and private schools, however, all adults will be required to wear a mask starting tomorrow; elementary school students will be exempt. In vocational schools, a mask must be worn throughout the school area, except when there is a distance in the classrooms.
