Gunfight between Odermatt and Pinturault comes to a head

Before the penultimate giant struck this winter, the atmosphere is extremely explosive! The two main characters of the Kugel-Krimi prepare just a few training tracks at the Austrian Reiteralm in Kranjska Gora. While Marco Odermatt trains with his teammates as always, Frenchman Alexis Pinturault drives alone, as is often the case.

“It has happened in the past that Alexis has joined us for some training sessions,” says Swiss Ski Giant Slalom boss Helmut Krug. But this time he had not received a request from Pinturault for a joint unit. “And it’s probably better this way,” Krug says with a smile. “Otherwise Marco and Alexis would have probably been exhausted during practice, because nobody wants to show a weakness before the most important races.”
