On Monday, the canton of Zurich reported 41 people with a crown who died over the weekend. More than ever since the beginning of the pandemic. Furthermore, the situation is getting worse in Zurich hospitals. This shows a message with which the Zurich Hospital Association (VZK) made public on Monday afternoon. Consequently, Covid-19-related hospital admissions in the canton of Zurich continue to rise and have been at a high level since last week.

The number of Covid-19 patients treated in intensive care units is increasing day by day, writes the VZK. On Monday morning alone, 97 serious cases of Covid 19 were treated in the intensive care units of the canton of Zurich. This means that only 47 percent of intensive care beds are available to all other patients.
