The 2013 Federal University winner seriously injured his supervisor Hans Bichsel. Now Fors vo der Lueg has been massacred.

Hans Bichsel is sitting in the living room of his house. His complexion is pale and he was only able to leave the hospital a few days ago. “I owe Urs Rentsch that I am still here. It’s my lifeline ”, he says in a calm and firm voice. Colleague Rentsch bravely intervened, putting himself in danger when a Muni pressed Hans Bichsel against a grate. The bull is none other than Fors vo dr Lueg, the winning university of the Swiss Wrestling and Alpine Festival (Esaf) in Burgdorf 2013.
To this day, Hans Bichsel cannot explain why the nine-year-old bull went crazy in mid-September, although he has cared for Muni since 2012. The request from the Esaf CO president did not come by chance at the time: the Bichsel breeder has 35 years of experience and has bred more than 20 bulls. “Fors vor der Lueg was something special, he had a good character,” praised the now 65-year-old after the accident.
