Football: FC Barcelona sinks into chaos

[ad_1]

There have been pinker times for FC Barcelona. For example, a year ago, on April 16, 2019, the Catalans in the Champions League quarterfinals simply annulled Manchester United in a grandiose way. 3-0 at home, led by a masterful Lionel Messi (32).

This year, however, no one is worshiping the magic kicker at the soccer temple called Camp Nou. The stadium remains closed due to blockage of the crown. Still not calm in the giant club. On the contrary: there is a bitter power struggle. A week ago, six of the club’s 19 directors launched their begging, protesting against the leadership style of President Josep Bartomeu (57). At the same time, they call for new immediate elections.
