Donald Trump has a plethora of accusations to deal with. At best, Watergate journalist Bob Woodward’s new book could be politically dangerous.

He was a “cheater” and a “liar”, a “racist” and someone who would even start a war if he could stay in office. Such and other things writes former Donald Trump attorney Michael Cohen in his new book on the president.

Cohen is by no means the only one complaining about Trump: In the last few months before the US presidential election, a veritable flood of revelations has poured over the man in the White House, both his niece Mary Trump as well as “New York Times” reporter Michael Schmidt and Cohen filleted it. And in the coming week, Watergate star journalist Bob Woodward’s second highly anticipated book on Trump will be published.

All the writers lie

The flood of papers was accompanied by a sensational article by journalist Jeffrey Goldberg in “The Atlantic” magazine. In it the president of Having spoken ill of the fallen soldiers and the army in general..

The response of Trump and his spokesman to the various accusations always remains the same: all the perpetrators lie. The problem with this, of course, is that Donald Trump himself is a proven and profound liar.

However: Michael Cohen’s book is pure “fiction”, the author has “admitted to having lied, but now he hopes that readers will believe him so he can make money from his book.” The author of “Atlantic,” Goldberg, was “vomit,” and Bob Woodward spread “mostly lies,” Trump and his public relations team said.

If all the nasty revelations will really hurt the president, it’s in the stars. After all, we’ve known who Donald Trump is and what motivates him for decades. Before the 2016 election, for example, 60 percent of Americans surveyed said they didn’t think much of Trump’s character. A fifth of them chose it anyway (read the balance sheet on Trump’s term).
