On Monday night, a police hit-and-run in the canton of Friborg had a fatal end.
At around 3 am, a car headed towards a traffic control in Düdingen. But instead of stopping, the vehicle suddenly accelerated, nearly hit a policeman and sped in the direction of Laupen. Two patrol vehicles immediately began chasing them, but they soon lost sight of the car.
