No Christmas sales and no New Years sales for restaurants: As can be learned from circles close to the Federal Council, the Department of the Interior from Federal Councilor Alain Berset (SP) andfalling Stripping Lockmeter December 22 before – ffor exactly one month.

With one exception: cantons with a more favorable epidemiological development should be able to decide for themselves whether restaurants will remain open. The so-called reproduction value (R-value) is decisive for this.

Under the proposal, stores can still use Bersets open to have within the framework of current regulations. There is likely an exception to Sunday sales – based on this, bakeries should be able to sell bread, croissants, and pastries again. This after numerous bakeries did not comply with the official closing order last Sunday. You could call this exception Lex Köppel. Zurich’s SVP National Council complained last Sunday on Twitter that it couldn’t buy bread for its “family breakfast” on Sundays.
