The ATP Finals in London are history. For the last time, the big event will take place in the capital of England, next year the tournament will move to Turin. With Daniil Medvedev (ATP 4), the London Finals now find their deserved final winner.

High intensity from the start

With his 100th point in this match and the first break, Medvedev secures the preliminary decision. After a set delay, he turned the game in his favor and secured the title after 2:43 hours. Thiem, however, comes out empty-handed.
Even before the game it was clear that there would be a new winner of the ATP Finals. Daniil Medvedev closes his successful year with the triumph of the Paris Masters and the final trophy in his luggage with his greatest success so far, but Thiem can also be quite satisfied with his tennis year (title at the US Open).
