The canton of Zurich police arrested the alleged perpetrator after an argument last night (October 17, 2020) in Bülach. Four people were slightly injured.
Shortly before 10 pm, the Zurich Cantonal Police Operations Center received a report that there had been a dispute on Fangletenstrasse.
In the course of this, a 39-year-old man allegedly threatened with a stab weapon, hitting several people and smashing a vehicle window. During the search, which began immediately, the police of the canton of Zurich found and arrested the alleged perpetrator.
Two of those attacked, who were still there, were slightly injured. A man and a woman, who were also reportedly attacked by the man from Bosnia and Herzegovina, left the scene before the police arrived.
The exact course and background of the dispute are the subject of further clarification by the canton of Zurich police in cooperation with the Winterthur-Unterland prosecutor’s office.
In addition to the canton of Zurich police, a police patrol from the city of Bülach was also on duty.
