Basel area reports record value
In the canton Basel-Country the number of new corona virus infections has reached a new record. On Tuesday 184 new cases were registered, 112 more than the previous day. There are also two other deaths.

More beds for intensive care and military use
According to the health department, intensive care units in the canton of Basel-Stadt are currently very demanding and under pressure.
