The 19-year-old was measured at a speed of 235 kilometers per hour, the 21-year-old at a speed of 224 kilometers per hour, as announced on Monday by the Aargau prosecutor. 120 kilometers per hour would have been allowed.

The Baden prosecutor’s office accuses the defendants of having repeatedly exposed other road users, themselves and their passengers, to a high risk of accidents with serious injuries or deaths due to their driving style.

The Baden prosecutor’s office is requesting that the 19-year-old Serb be sentenced to three years in prison, of which 18 months are mandatory, and a fine of 3,000 francs. For the 21-year-old Kosovar, the prosecution demanded a prison sentence of two and a half years, of which 15 months are mandatory, and a fine of 2,500 francs.
