Jerry Stiller was known as “King of Queens” or “Seinfeld”. Now the comedian died at the age of 92.
After serving in World War II, Stiller earned a degree in theater studies from Syracuse University and then moved to New York City to begin his career.
He really only became known when he was older: he had already played over 60 in the 1990s comedy “Seinfeld”. There Stiller took on the role of hysterical Frank Costanza, earning him an Emmy nomination in 1997.
At the age of 70, he played the role of the exaggerated father Arthur Spooner in the comedy “King of Queens”. Previously, he had played in series like “Love Boat”, “Law and Order”.

While known on the big screen as Crazy Father, Stiller and his wife Meara raised two children at their home on the Upper West Side of Manhattan: their daughter Amy, who became an actress, and their son Ben, writer, director, and Actors in films like “Dodgeball,” “There’s Something About Mary” and “Meet the Parents” were released.
Now Jerry Stiller has died at 92, as his son Ben said on Twitter.
