Andrighetto shoots ZSC to win against Langnau and at the top of the table

Andrighetto scores the ZSC with 2 goals and 2 assists to beat Langnau

Thanks to a poorly paid goal in the final third, the ZSC Lions won 4: 1 at Langnau and sat at the top of the table for at least 24 hours.

The troubled Langnauer did almost everything right for 50 minutes. When Christian Marti and Johan Morant received a six-minute penalty in 67 seconds due to high sticks, it seemed like a surprising victory against the championship favorites. Only then did they turn down the opportunity due to negligence.

In the double majority, the first goal was unsuccessful, in the easiest it was the American ZSC Garrett Roe who scored the decisive goal for the Zurich team. He benefited from a rebound from strong goalkeeper Ivars Punnenovs (43 saves), who failed to capture a shot from Sven Andrighetto. He then made the final decision with two more goals.

After three clearly lost home games with five goals conceded each, the SCL team was stronger this time than before. From the second third onwards, the Zurich team, which started with little inspiration, constrained the locals increasingly on the defensive.
