A motorist had an accident yesterday in Villmergen, very drunk. His car went straight on into a right turn. The driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries. He had to surrender his driver’s license.
The car accident occurred on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, shortly after 8:30 p.m. The 37-year-old driver drove from Villmergen in the direction of Hilfikon. On the occasion of yesterday’s investigation it was determined that the driver of a Citroen 2 CV (duck) was very drunk. A breathalyzer test carried out showed a value higher than 2 per thousand.
The responsible prosecutor opened a criminal investigation and ordered a blood and urine sample. The driver had to surrender his driver’s license to the refusal authorities.
