Shortly after 11:15 am last Thursday, an unknown man attacked the Raiffeisenbank in Aesch. He stole cash, left the bank and fled in an unknown direction. The unknown perpetrator was armed with a knife.
Swiss and Serbian detainees
Due to intensive investigations, the Lucerne police, in cooperation with the Aargau canton police, arrested two suspects in the Aargau canton on Thursday night. In the case of house searches, among other things, the alleged murder weapon was found. The men arrested are a 32-year-old Serb and a 24-year-old Swiss.
Further comprehensive investigations, including interrogations, are currently underway. The subject of this investigation is, among other things, whether the two people are eligible for other crimes.
