Romanian Alexandra Dobre (27) moved to London three years ago to work as a flight attendant. She earned well and celebrated her life as a jet set between metropolises and tourist attractions around the world on social media. Then came Corona, and a hard landing for Dobre.
Dobre was suddenly out of work. As money was also lacking, the Romanian worked as a drug courier. Through a dating app, he met a man he was dating. Finally, the friend made him deliver packages of cocaine.
Drugs in bag and bedroom.
Police detained the 27-year-old in a Fiat Punto in the British city of Stoke-on-Trent in early August. Agents found six packages of cocaine in his purse. During a search of the house, they discovered another 81 bags of white powder in his room.

Defender: “She was at the end”
Dobre admitted possession of cocaine. He wanted to deliver it to his friend’s clients. A court has sentenced the Romanian to 28 months in prison, stokesentinel.co.uk reported.
Defense attorney Paul Cliff blames the loss of job and friend for his client’s career. “In the spring of this year, he lost his job and his accommodation. She was finished, ”he said in court. Her boyfriend lured her into the drug trade. “She was clearly acting according to instructions.” (noo)
