On Saturday afternoon, September 12, 2020, a motorcycle rider was injured in a car accident in Speicher. The ambulance took him to the hospital.

Shortly before 3 p.m. yesterday, a group of motorcyclists drove from Speicher towards Trogen. On Trogenerstrasse, in the Sägli area, a 34-year-old driver lost control of his motorcycle. As he fell, he jumped off the motorcycle. It subsequently slid into the opposite lane and crashed into the approaching passenger car of a 53-year-old driver.

The motorcyclist had to be taken to a hospital with the rescue service with fairly minor injuries. Property damage of around ten thousand francs was caused to the two-wheeler and the car.

The fire department had to call the storage facility to clean the driveway due to fluid leaks. The Speicher – Trogen section was only passable in one lane for about an hour and a half.
