As announced by the Ministry of Health, the amount of crown infected on Sunday was 101,147. At least 7025 people have died from the virus so far.
The unreported number of infected people is likely to be much higher, not least due to a lack of testing and laboratory results that have not yet been evaluated. However, Brazil is the most populous country in Latin America with more than 200 million inhabitants.
Given the increasing number of infections and mismanagement, hospitals and cemeteries in various cities and states have reached their limits, and the system has collapsed.

Stöckli: “The Federal Councilor has become impulsive”
The President of the Council of States, Hans Stöckli, criticized the Federal Council for its decisions in the flexibilization phase. With its micromanagement, the committee has become boosted, the Bern SP politician told “CH Media newspapers”.
The Federal Council assumed its responsibility and brought the common interest to the fore. However, the Federal Council was lost in the easing phase at the micro-management level, Stöckli said.
“Then he got caught up in contradictions: big dealers could sell books, bookstores couldn’t; grandparents are allowed to have grandchildren, not be on guard; museums open May 11, zoos only June 8,” Such details could not be handled by a strategic management body like the state government under this time pressure, the politician explained.
“Now the Federal Council has destroyed many dishes,” stressed the President of the Council of States. Stöckli went on to say that he should have decided detailed questions in close consultation with those affected, based on understandable criteria.
However, the president of the Council of States Stöckli already sees room for improvement after the coronavirus crisis. Switzerland must find a regulation that allows parliamentary control of the decision of the Federal Council to accept an extraordinary situation, Stöckli told “CH-Media”.
