Defenders of the action strike back with a virtual demonstration

Most of the protesters in Liestal did not comply with the mask requirement. This causes outrage, especially among people who adhere to the rules to reduce the number of cases as quickly as possible.

The satirist Nils Althaus has enough. On Twitter, he complains about the recklessness of Corona’s critics and calls for a digital counter-demonstration: “You can hear the cries of the opponents of the mask, but not us who are sensible.”

It receives the support of the policy of SP Lea Kusano. He wants to defend all those for whom a reduction in the number of cases is important: “You don’t see them, because they adhere to the regulations and are not going to demonstrate.”

The rest did not care about the protection measures and risked extending the blockade.
