Later, a police patrol spotted the Lamborghini and followed it. The police observed how the driver pressed the accelerator several times in a locality. According to the police, it considerably exceeded the maximum speed.
The car was rented
The police stopped the car. At the wheel was an 18-year-old German from the canton of Glarus and a 19-year-old in the front passenger seat. The driver said he and his friends rented the 640-hp car for a few hours to drive.
Police reported the new driver for serious traffic violations. She took away his driving license on trial. He insured the car for further investigation. The prosecutor ordered a blood and urine test on suspicion of drug use.
