Anyone who distributes violent videos can be prosecuted

Police spokesman Pascal Häderli said that anyone taking video or photos of such an incident should send the material to the police for evaluation. You should contact the police.

Häderli recommends that you exercise caution when distributing such videos on Facebook and Co. because you may also expose yourself to prosecution. For example, when violence is shown. Furthermore, the videos often only showed an excerpt and therefore not the whole truth, which also leaves room for speculation.
