Skier Fanny Smith wins the 2nd race of the World Cup in Arosa. Ryan Regez (2nd) and Talina Gantenbein (3rd) also take the podium.

Fanny Smith showed a dominant performance in the second World Cup race at Arosa. La Vaudois reached the grand final with ease, making a perfect start on the short course and controlling the heat from the lead. For Smith it was the 24th World Cup victory, the fourth at the home court at Arosa. The day before, she was 2nd.

Talina Gantenbein provided the surprise of the day. The 22-year-old Engadin reached the grand final after Smith, where he took the podium in third place. Before that, 11th place was Gantenbein’s best World Cup result.

Regez ‘Revanche
