Can you be a little more luxurious? For Ivanka Trump (39), daughter of US President Donald Trump (74), only the best is good enough. As “Page Six” reports, his family is planning for the time after the White House and has secured land on Miami’s private island of Indian Creek.
The private island is one of the safest places in Florida. 13 police officers work for the illustrious residents of the 29 villas in Indian Creek. That is why the island is also called “Billionaire’s Bunker” (billionaire’s bunker).
Just one hour from Mar-a-Lago
Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner (39) continue to work as advisers to President Trump. The private island property is just an hour from Papa Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club. Even during his presidency, Trump stayed in Florida frequently. As a former president, he is expected to relocate his primary residence there again. Also, Jared’s younger brother Joshua (35) and his supermodel wife Karlie Kloss (28) have just bought a house in Miami for the equivalent of about 20 million francs.
According to the report, Ivanka and her husband are spending the equivalent of 28 million francs on the property alone. The couple with three children are said to have bought land that previously belonged to Spanish pop star Julio Iglesias (77). The land is 1.84 hectares. A 60-meter private walk is also included.
Supermodels and billionaires as neighbors
The Indian Creek neighborhood is exclusive: supermodel Adriana Lima (39), billionaire Eddie Lampert (58) and real estate mogul Jeff Soffer (58) with his wife Elle Macpherson (56), also a supermodel, live on the private island.
The family of the president’s daughter currently lives in the prestigious Kalorama district of Washington, in a home of the Chilean millionaire Andrónico Luksic. Monthly rent: the equivalent of more than 13,000 francs. The couple also own an apartment on Park Avenue in New York. They supposedly want to keep them. (noo)
