Still Brexit? That is why one can be exasperated to ask, because although more than four years have passed since the British referendum on leaving the EU, the representatives from London and Brussels are once again engaged in exhausting negotiations. But the stakes are high; the dispute touches the foundations of the Brexit project. Many Britons and also the government of Prime Minister Boris Johnson associate leaving the EU with a desire to “regain control”.
