If a new CEO takes over the reins of a company, there are often managerial personnel changes. In this context, it is not surprising that major bank UBS, whose new CEO Ralph Hamers took over on November 1, announced two changes at the senior management level on Friday. Starting in February 2021, Sabine Keller-Busse, today the major bank’s chief operating officer (COO), will be in charge of national business. The former head of UBS Switzerland, Axel Lehmann, will leave the bank on July 31, 2021 after a transition phase, it is said. The reasons for the change are not given, it is only said that Lehmann himself decided to take this step.
