Almost a thousand deaths in a single day: the second wave of the epidemic hits Italy even more dramatically than the first. And although experts now repeat that this number will be the last to go down, because that is in the nature of things, but that the “peak” has finally been reached thanks to the measures, it puts another brake on the country – so briefly before Christmas, the least festive and regulated in memory. In Italy there is talk of “Natale blindato”, Christmas armored, supervised.
