The former director of the Raiffeisen Bank, Pierin Vincenz (64), has a criminal record: he received a sanction order in autumn 2015 for seriously violating traffic regulations. This is what the “Handelszeitung” writes in its latest edition, based on the inspection of a criminal order from the Public Ministry of the Canton of Uri.
Vincenz was sentenced in October 2015 to a fine of 15,000 francs and a conditional fine of 20 daily rates of 3,000 francs each. The trial period was three years. The penalty order says “serious violation of traffic rules by exceeding the maximum speed indicated.”
“Serious danger to others”
The defendant had caused a “grave danger to the safety of others” by his behavior. In July 2015, Vincenz was traveling on the St. Gotthard in the Hospental UR region at a speed limit of 80 km / h at 118 km per hour. The former Raiffeisen boss claimed carelessness for the speeding violation. (pbe)
