Lucerne long out of action

FC Luzern midfielder Tsiy Ndenge suffered a meniscus injury to his right knee during training on Monday morning without external interference. He is expected to be absent from the team for several months. The 23-year-old German will be operated on Wednesday. Ndenge was out for a long time after his transfer to Lucerne in the summer of 2018.

Sion for several weeks without Hoarau

Sion forward Guillaume Hoarau will be out until winter break. The 36-year-old Frenchman suffered a thigh muscle injury in Saturday’s game against Vaduz. Hoarau was injured in a foul on an opponent and had to be replaced before 30 minutes. The commitment of the former Super League top scorer has yet to be successful with Valais. Since his transfer from YB to Sion in the summer, Hoarau has only started twice for Fabio Grosso’s team. He hasn’t scored a goal yet.

Winterthur – Chiasso postponed to Wednesday

The Challenge League match between Winterthur and Chiasso had to be postponed 24 hours until Wednesday 2 December due to snowfall. The start of the supplementary game of the sixth round is at 7:00 p.m. As a result of this postponement, the 12th round match between Winterthur and Thun will be postponed one day and will take place on Saturday 5 December at 6.15 pm.
