Twint’s Jens Plath declined to say on request whether Twint had lowered Digitec Galaxus rates. “We were able to agree on terms that represent an optimal outcome for both parties,” he explains. The parties agreed not to reveal the details.

The higher rates that Twint introduced earlier in the year had been accepted by 7,000 other contractual partners, including Migros, to which Digitec Galaxus belongs.
