Lots of trash and dirty words. The dispute between former tenant Jill T. * (32) and her former owner Dino Rossi (66) is now fully escalating. The mother of three and her boyfriend Ramos V. * (28) had given notice to rescind a 4-room apartment owned by Rossi in Trimbach SW at the end of October. At the VISTA the landlord showed the “huge mess” that the tenants had left. Jill T. has not been found since she moved in and is not responding to calls from her former owner. Until now!
“The tenant has called me in the meantime,” says Rossi. But not for an amicable arrangement. “She told me all the shame.” Among other things: “You are an idiot!” Jill T. and her boyfriend would no longer want to do anything in the apartment. “He told me that he was going to find a lawyer and take action against me because he was going to get her out.”
Cleared apartment at hand
Too much for Rossi: “I’m about to clean the apartment.” Half is already out. According to the arbitration board, you are allowed to throw away anything that is broken and can no longer be used. You have to store the rest that is not defective. Like four cell phones that he found in a drawer.
From the social welfare office, which paid the rent, Rossi has since learned that “the resident has to pay for the damage left behind.” Not being told the new address for privacy reasons, Rossi filed a complaint with the police against his former tenant. “For property damage,” he says. In any case, the police would have to inform the welfare office where Jill T now lives. “I will also keep the small rental deposit and operate it.”
New house in Aarburg AG
And his bitter words? “They go into my ears from the left and they come out from the right,” Rossi says coldly. Meanwhile, VIEW has found out where the former tenant has been living recently. Over the intercom in the apartment building at Aarburg AG, he said in an extremely friendly manner that he had to ask his lawyer if he could give an interview. Later, the intercom remains silent.
