In the men’s U23 category, Joel Roth and Vital Albin secured a double Swiss victory. Aargauer Roth, 21, won at Monte Ceneri 5 seconds ahead of 22-year-old Grisons Albin and 27 seconds ahead of Italian Juri Zanotti.
Roth had already won silver at the World Cup 9 days earlier.
